THE PROBLEM

Lending work is spread across systems that were never meant to talk.

Traditional lending workflows move between disconnected forms, documents, spreadsheets and underwriting systems. Every handoff is a place where time is lost, consistency slips, and the record of what happened gets thinner.

  1. 01
    Fragmented intake

Applications arrive across forms, email and phone, and must be re-keyed before anyone can assess them.

  2. 02
    Manual document handling

Identity and income documents are opened, read and transcribed by hand, one file at a time.

  3. 03
    Inconsistent underwriting

The same file can be assessed differently depending on who picks it up, and when.

  4. 04
A borrower left in the dark

An applicant waits without knowing what stage they are at or what is still needed from them.

  5. 05
    No view of the pipeline

Work in progress is spread across systems, so nobody sees the institution's whole book at once.

  6. 06
    Decisions that resist audit

Reconstructing why a file was declined months later means reassembling it from memory and spreadsheets.

  7. 07
    Policy change as a project

Adjusting one threshold means a release, a retraining, and a window where nobody is sure which rules applied.

CONNECTED BY DESIGN

The whole picture.
Not another handoff.

Applications, documents, policy and decisions belong together. Give every file a clear path and every team the context to move it forward.

One file. One connected workflow.

Bring intake, prequalification, document verification and underwriting into the same journey.

Every stage, in context

Your policy.
Precisely applied.

Configure, validate and version lending rules. Know exactly which policy governed a recommendation.

DraftValidated Active
Built around your lending criteria

Documents become evidence.

Extract identity and income details, compare them with the application and surface discrepancies.

Every decision has a story.

Follow the rule trace. Reconcile calculations. Replay mortgage decisions against their captured policy.

LESS FRICTION. MORE FORWARD.

A clear path from start to decision.

A file enters once and moves through every stage without leaving the system. Each stage knows what the one before it produced, and each leaves a record behind it.

  1. 01
    BORROWER

    Application

Choose a product and complete a guided intake. An affordability-based prequalification estimate is returned immediately.

  2. 02
    BORROWER

    Documents

Upload photo ID and a recent bank statement. Nothing is asked for that the chosen product does not need.

  3. 03
    SYSTEM

    Verification

Fields are extracted from the documents and checked against what the applicant stated.

  4. 04
    AI

    Underwriting

The verified file is assessed against the lender's active policy version, with every rule kept as a trace.

  5. 05
    LOAN OFFICER

    Officer review

The recommendation, the factors behind it, its rule trace and an independent reconciliation of the run.

  6. 06
    LOAN OFFICER

    Decision

The officer approves or declines. The decision is appended to the file; the run underneath is never rewritten.

AI UNDERWRITING

The AI does the underwriting.
The officer decides.

Loan officers are not re-underwriting every application by hand. The pipeline assembles the file, assesses it and produces a reasoned recommendation. What reaches the officer is a completed analysis to review and sign — or overturn.

  1. 01
    Borrower application

Intake captures only what the chosen product needs, and returns an affordability-based estimate immediately.

    Borrower
  2. 02
    Document verification

Identity and bank documents are read, their fields extracted and checked against the stated application.

    System
  3. 03
    Credit and financial analysis

The verified file is assembled into one picture: income, obligations, the property where there is one, and the credit profile.

    System
  4. 04
    AI underwriting agents

A staged pipeline works the file end to end — assembling it, assessing documents and credit, and forming the recommendation.

    AI
  5. 05
    Policy evaluation

The file is measured against the currently active policy version, and every rule that fired is kept as a trace.

    AI
  6. 06
    Decision and reasoning

An approve, conditional or decline recommendation, with its conditions and adverse-action reasoning attached.

  7. 07
    Officer review

The officer sees the recommendation, the factors behind it, the rule trace, and an independent reconciliation of the run.

    Loan officer
  8. 08
    Final outcome

The officer approves or declines. That decision is appended to the file; the AI run underneath stays exactly as it was.

    Loan officer

What the loan officer actually does

  • Monitors the institution's pipeline and sees which files need attention
  • Configures and versions the lending policy the engine evaluates against
  • Supplies adjustable-rate product terms where a file requires them
  • Reviews the AI recommendation, its conditions and its rule trace
  • Approves or declines at the final stage, recorded as their own decision

Where the AI’s authority ends

  • It recommends. The lending decision on the file is the officer's
  • It cannot change the policy it is evaluated against
  • It cannot alter a run that has already completed
  • Pricing comes from the lender's configured tiers, not from the model
  • Every figure it reports is recomputable from the record it left

FOR LENDERS

What this changes for a lending operation.

Written for the people accountable for the portfolio: community banks, regional institutions, credit unions and smaller lenders running real loan files through a real process.

Faster loan processing

Intake, verification and underwriting run as one pass instead of as separate queues.

More consistent underwriting

Every file is measured against the same active policy version, not against whoever picked it up.

A better borrower experience

An immediate estimate, a visible position in the process, and a stated reason for the outcome.

Transparent decisions

Each outcome names the factors behind it in plain language, with the rule trace underneath.

Configurable lending policy

Thresholds and pricing tiers are changed by a lending officer through a validated lifecycle.

Reduced operational friction

Fewer handoffs, fewer re-keyed applications, fewer files waiting on someone to notice them.

Stronger auditability

Decisions are reconcilable and replayable against the policy version that produced them.

Scalable lending operations

The pipeline handles routine files so officer attention goes to the ones that need judgement.

PRODUCTS SUPPORTED

Three lending products, one underwriting workflow.

Each product asks only the questions it needs and is assessed on the measurements that apply to it. An applicant is never shown a field belonging to a different product.

01 / FRMSecured

Fixed-Rate Mortgage

A rate set for the full term, underwritten on the complete housing obligation — principal, interest, taxes, insurance and association dues — against the lender's own ratio and loan-to-value limits.

Key valueA payment the borrower can plan around, assessed on what the property will actually cost them to hold.

Start an application
02 / ARMSecured

Adjustable-Rate Mortgage

A fixed initial period, then scheduled adjustments. The product's terms and caps are completed by the loan officer, and the file is assessed on what the payment can become — not only on what it starts at.

Key valueAdjustable products underwritten on their adjusted payment, so the risk is priced rather than assumed away.

Start an application
03 / PERSONALUnsecured

Personal Loan

Unsecured lending on the same intake, verification and underwriting workflow, priced from the credit tiers the lender configures in their own policy rather than from a rate baked into the software.

Key valueThe same auditable pipeline as a mortgage, on a product that usually gets none of it.

A LITTLE MORE CLARITY

Good questions.
Clear answers.

Understand the experience before you begin.

Do borrowers need an account to apply?

No. Borrowers can start an application without creating an account. If you already have an application, use Continue application and your application reference to pick up the journey.

Does AI make the final lending decision?

No. The underwriting workflow produces a recommendation with supporting reasons and conditions. A loan officer reviews the file and records the final approval or decline, and that decision is stored separately from the recommendation.

Which loan products are supported?

Fixed-rate mortgages, adjustable-rate mortgages and personal loans. Select your product when starting an application to enter its dedicated flow.

Can we see how a recommendation was reached?

The officer workspace provides the governing policy, underwriting details and rule traces. Mortgage replay and reconciliation help review the calculations behind an outcome.

Who sets the lending rules?

You do. Thresholds, limits and pricing tiers live in versioned policy documents that a lending officer drafts, validates and activates. Every recommendation names the policy version that governed it.
